Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Opened health, beauty, and personal care products are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
